About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Travel Membership Sales Officer with proven experience in travel membership sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell travel membership packages to prospective customers.
- Generate new leads through referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
- Conduct sales presentations and explain membership benefits to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into memberships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Travel Membership Sales (mandatory).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
