Hiring: Academic Counsellor (Fresher)
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
We are looking for enthusiastic and career-driven Freshers to join our team as Academic Counsellors with Fluent English.
Eligibility:
- Fresh graduates from any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality
- Passion for counselling, sales, and helping students make career decisions
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Skills Required:
- Fluent English communication
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
