About the Role
Nirmaan Organization is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to support candidate mobilization and admissions for skill development and training programs. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting prospective candidates, providing information about training programs, generating leads, and coordinating with the mobilization and admissions teams to achieve enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates using the provided database.
- Explain the organization's training programs, eligibility criteria, and benefits.
- Generate and qualify leads for admissions and skill development programs.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates until enrollment is completed.
- Schedule counseling sessions and coordinate with the mobilization team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM or Excel tracker.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to candidate queries professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with trainers, placement teams, and center staff to ensure smooth admissions.
- Collect and verify candidate documents required for enrollment.
- Prepare daily call reports and MIS for management.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the admission process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, Customer Support Executive, Admissions Counselor, or Lead Generation Executive.
- Experience in the Education, Skill Development, NGO, Training Institute, or BPO sector is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and basic English.
- Strong convincing and counseling abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle multiple follow-ups and meet targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
