Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day business and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent coordination, communication, and multitasking abilities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MOM), presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and communication on behalf of the CEO when required.
- Track pending tasks, deadlines, and commitments to ensure smooth execution.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and various internal departments.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and business partners.
- Facilitate effective communication and ensure timely resolution of queries and requests.
- Follow up with teams on project updates, reports, and deliverables.
Administrative Support
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and reports.
- Organize business meetings, conferences, events, and client visits.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and management reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of important business information.
Travel & Personal Assistance
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
- Coordinate travel schedules and ensure smooth travel experiences.
- Assist with personal appointments and scheduling requirements when necessary.
- Manage logistics for meetings, events, and executive engagements.
Reporting & Follow-Ups
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for management review.
- Maintain trackers for key business activities and pending actions.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned tasks.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional, presentable, and detail-oriented approach.

Preferred Attributes
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Coordinator, or Administrative Executive.
- Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, or corporate environments will be an added advantage.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
