Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Solution Architect to drive end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financial modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional understanding of finance operations, experience in multiple full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and understand business requirements and provide optimal Oracle Cloud solutions.

Configure and support core Oracle Fusion Financial modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Intercompany (IC), Expenses, and Tax.

Facilitate workshops and solution design sessions with clients and internal teams.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and offshore teams.

Ensure successful data migration using tools like FBDI (File-Based Data Import), ADFDI (ADF Desktop Integrator), and Spreadsheet Loaders.

Coordinate testing (SIT, UAT) phases, defect resolution, and ensure timely project delivery.

Develop and maintain project documentation including configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.

Stay updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and assess impact on existing client environments.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

10+ years of total experience in Oracle Financials with 3+ years in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials.

Minimum 3-4 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementation experience.

Strong hands-on configuration experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, IC, Tax, and Expenses modules.

Familiarity with Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) cycles.

Experience working with FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI/BIP, and understanding of Security Roles and Workflow.

Strong communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.

Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams in a global delivery model.
