Academic Advisor – Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students about study abroad opportunities based on their academic background, career goals, and budget.
- Assess students' eligibility for universities, colleges, and academic programs in different countries.
- Recommend suitable courses, institutions, and study destinations.
- Provide accurate information on admission requirements, application deadlines, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa processes.
- Assist students in preparing and reviewing application documents, including:
- Statement of Purpose (SOP)
- Letters of Recommendation (LOR)
- Resume/CV
- Academic transcripts
- Guide students on standardized tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GRE, GMAT, or SAT, where applicable.
- Coordinate with university representatives regarding admissions, offers, and enrollment.
- Monitor application progress and ensure timely submission of all required documents.
- Advise students on scholarship opportunities and financial planning.
- Support students through the visa application process by providing documentation guidance.
- Conduct follow-up sessions with students and parents to address questions and provide updates.
- Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM/database regularly.
- Stay informed about changes in university policies, immigration regulations, and education trends.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities and education providers.
- Achieve student enrollment and counseling targets while maintaining high service quality.
- Ensure ethical counseling practices and provide transparent, accurate information to students.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,089.77 per month
