You will lead the design, development, and implementation of new features on the Qualtrics survey platform. Current initiatives include integrating Single Sign-On (SSO) and enabling WhatsApp survey channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless rollout and adoption of new functionalities, while maintaining compliance with BMW’s IT and data privacy standards.
