Job Summary
Red Dot Electromechanical Private Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage MEP site activities at our project in Rasipuram, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising installation works, coordinating with project teams, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day MEP site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify material requirements and coordinate with procurement teams.
- Resolve technical issues arising at the site.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and approvals.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical support as required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in MEP construction or electromechanical projects.
- Knowledge of MEP systems, methodologies, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Willingness to work at the project site in Rasipuram, Tamil Nadu.

- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures.
