We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Executive – Accounts & Purchase to manage accounting operations, taxation compliance, vendor coordination, purchase activities, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting procedures, GST/TDS compliance, purchase processes, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain expense invoices with accurate GST & TDS details
- Handle supplier payment processes and maintain payment schedules
- Pass journal entries related to GST, salary, and other settlements
- Manage cash compliance and supporting documentation
- Prepare TDS & GST reports and coordinate with CA
- Maintain cash flow statements and balance sheets
- Prepare monthly salary processing and payroll support
- Perform ledger scrutiny and reconciliation activities
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
- Handle invoice preparation and payment follow-ups with clients
Purchase Responsibilities
- Create and process Purchase Orders (PO)
- Source and negotiate with local and overseas vendors
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement
- Monitor order status and expedite deliveries
- Verify received materials against purchase orders
- Resolve supply, quality, and invoicing issues with vendors
- Maintain inventory coordination and dispatch planning
- Collect and analyze purchase-related data and trends
- Maintain proper purchase and vendor documentation

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Purchase
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and pressure situations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
