Job Title: General Dentist (Full-Time)
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our reputed dental clinic on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, be confident in independently managing the clinic, and provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions.
Perform routine and advanced general dental procedures, including:
Tooth extractions
Root canal treatments (RCT)
Dental restorations (fillings)
Scaling and polishing
Crown and bridge preparations
Preventive and emergency dental care
Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to patients' needs.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
Independently manage the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and an excellent patient experience.
Requirements:
BDS degree (MDS - Seperate package).
Valid dental registration/license to practice.
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience as a General Dentist.
Proficiency in performing routine dental procedures, including extractions, root canal treatments, restorations, scaling, and other general dental treatments.
Ability to independently manage and operate the clinic.
Strong clinical, diagnostic, communication, and patient management skills.
