Telecaller - Franchise Lead Coordination
Location: Kozhikode (Calicut)
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle franchise lead coordination and customer communication. The candidate should have strong Hindi communication skills and experience interacting with North Indian customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for franchise lead coordination
- Follow up with potential franchise partners and maintain lead records
- Explain business opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead management
- Maintain professional communication with customers across different regions
Requirements
- Fluent in Hindi and good communication skills in English
- Experience in handling North Indian customers is mandatory
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or lead coordination preferred
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data entry skills
- Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills
Qualification
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
