Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beauty, fashion, and digital trends, with the ability to create content that attracts, engages, and converts followers into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the salon's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Create engaging posts, stories, reels, videos, and promotional content.
- Coordinate and conduct photo and video shoots within the salon.
- Capture before-and-after transformations, bridal makeovers, hair services, beauty treatments, and client testimonials.
- Write creative captions and relevant content for social media posts.
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative content ideas.
- Respond to comments, messages, reviews, and customer inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand partners.
- Assist in running social media advertising campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
- Generate monthly social media performance reports.
- Work closely with salon management to promote services, offers, events, and special campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Beauty, Salon, Spa, Fashion, or Wellness industry.
- Knowledge of photography, videography, and content creation.
- Experience with influencer collaborations.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and digital marketing.
