We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Implementation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and deploying our ERP solutions for educational institutions, ensuring seamless onboarding, data migration, user training, and successful project delivery.
This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional implementation experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Implementation & Deployment
- Execute end-to-end implementation of the company's software solutions for schools and educational institutions.
- Understand client business processes and configure the application according to their operational requirements.
- Set up modules, workflows, user roles, permissions, and system configurations.
- Prepare implementation plans, monitor project milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate go-live activities and ensure a smooth product rollout.
2. Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, product demonstrations, and process walkthroughs with clients.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations or technical requirements.
- Provide regular project updates and maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
3. Data Migration & Validation
- Plan and execute migration of student, staff, academic, financial, and other institutional data.
- Validate migrated data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues during implementation.
4. User Training & Documentation
- Conduct product training sessions for administrators, teachers, and school staff.
- Prepare user manuals, implementation documents, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Assist clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain implementation sign-off.
- Ensure users are confident and self-sufficient in using the application.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Development, QA, Product, and Support teams to resolve implementation challenges.
- Report, track, and follow up on bugs, feature requests, and enhancement requirements.
- Participate in internal review meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Share client feedback with product teams to improve overall product quality.
6. Post-Implementation Support
- Provide functional support during the stabilization period after go-live.
- Ensure a seamless handover to the Customer Support/Customer Success team.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication.
- Identify opportunities for additional modules or services based on client requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0.3 to 2 years of experience in Software Implementation, Technical Consulting, ERP Implementation, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client implementations, if required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with educational ERP or SaaS products.
- Knowledge of React.js or front-end technologies will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with APIs, data migration processes, and software deployment methodologies.
- Basic understanding of software testing and debugging.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
