Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and build strong relationships within Bangalore’s startup and investor ecosystem. The role combines digital outreach with active participation in startup, founder, and VC networking events.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and online channels
- Attend startup, founder, and VC networking events across Bangalore
- Engage with founders, investors, and decision-makers to create business opportunities
- Pitch company services and convert prospects into discovery calls/meetings
- Maintain and manage lead pipelines using CRM or spreadsheets
- Collaborate with internal sales and leadership teams to improve outreach strategies
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and meetings
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and networking abilities
- Strong interest in startups, technology, and the VC ecosystem
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, or pipeline tracking systems
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field activities
Preferred Skills
- Prior exposure to business development, sales, or startup communities
- Ability to build relationships and initiate conversations confidently
- Comfortable traveling within Bangalore for events and meetings
