Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
- Drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and campaign performance.
- Create content calendars and coordinate with creative teams for timely campaign execution.
- Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research and website optimization.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing within an advertising agency.
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and client management skills.
- Google Ads, Meta, or Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
