BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Salary:
₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentive Scheme
Probation Period:
6 Months
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in Steel building / Roofing sheet Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities in the steel/Roofing sheet sector.
- Meet contractors, consultants, builders, fabricators, and industrial clients.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct regular field visits and client follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for order confirmation.
- Maintain daily CRM updates including leads, visits, follow-ups, enquiries, and sales status.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure professional communication, presentation, and business mannerisms.
- Submit regular daily wise sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- CRM software knowledge and daily reporting experience.
- Professional attitude and customer handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Valid driving license with Vehicle mandatory
- Own laptop mandatory
