Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning
2. Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
- Design and execute onboarding programs
- Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management from joining to exit
3. Performance Management
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems
- Support managers in goal setting and employee evaluations
- Drive performance improvement initiatives
4. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and create development programs
- Facilitate leadership development and succession planning
- Evaluate training effectiveness
5. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute engagement activities
- Conduct employee surveys and improve workplace culture
- Implement retention strategies
6. Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll inputs and salary structures
- Ensure competitive compensation benchmarking
- Manage employee benefits programs
7. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
- Maintain HR policies and employee records
- Manage audits and documentation
8. Employee Relations
- Handle grievances and disciplinary issues
- Promote a positive work environment
- Ensure adherence to company policies
9. Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends
- Ensure proper exit formalities and documentation
10. HR Strategy & Reporting
- Align HR initiatives with organizational goals
- Generate HR reports and analytics
- Continuously improve HR processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3–4years in a managerial role
