Job Summary
We are looking for a Campaign Executive to manage and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills, with a good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, talent managers, clients, and internal teams.
- Share campaign briefs and communicate brand requirements clearly.
- Research and identify suitable influencers based on campaign objectives.
- Coordinate content creation, approvals, shoots, and posting schedules.
- Follow up with influencers to ensure timely campaign deliverables.
- Maintain campaign trackers and provide regular status updates.
- Monitor campaign timelines, deliverables, and influencer performance.
- Prepare basic campaign performance reports.
- Support influencer research, outreach, and campaign planning.
- Build and maintain good relationships with influencers and clients.
- Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensure timely execution.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Interest in influencer marketing, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good problem-solving and team coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Campaign Management, or Client Coordination.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in influencer marketing may also apply.
- Candidates with experience coordinating influencers or social media campaigns will be preferred.
