Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
- Manage and develop dealer network performance and profitability.
- Identify new market opportunities and appoint new dealerships where required.
- Monitor stock levels, retail performance, and order planning.
- Conduct regular dealer visits and performance reviews.
- Implement company sales strategies, promotions, and schemes.
- Train dealer sales teams on product features, sales techniques, and processes.
- Track competitor activity and market trends.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales data, forecasts, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with marketing, service, and finance teams for smooth operations.
