IT Analyst
Department: Corporate Information Technology Reporting To: Senior IT Project Manager Location: Bangalore, India
Role Summary
The IT Analyst supports the IT Department by supporting cross‑functional initiatives, coordinating change and readiness activities, improving IT processes, and supporting audit evidence gathering. This role blends strong analytical and project coordination skills with practical technical knowledge across enterprise IT environments.
The ideal candidate acts as a bridge between technical teams and IT management—supporting execution, visibility, and accountability across IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate IT initiatives across endpoint, infrastructure, cloud, and network teams
Support project delivery, change management activities, and readiness planning
Analyze and improve IT processes (incident, change, escalation, monitoring) to enhance consistency and efficiency
Define and report on IT performance metrics and operational KPIs
Coordinate and support audit evidence gathering for internal and external audits (e.g., SOC 2, ISO)
Partner with technical teams to translate audit and project requirements into clear actions
Support root‑cause analysis, post‑incident reviews, and remediation tracking
Provide clear status updates and operational insights to IT management
Key Interfaces
Senior IT Project Manager (direct reporting line)
Applications, Systems, and Service Owners
Helpdesk Support, Endpoint, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Network teams
Information Security
Internal and external Audit teams
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Corporate IT, IT Operations, or IT Service Management
Experience supporting cross‑team initiatives, audits, or operational projects
Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to influence and coordinate without direct authority
Experience leading or supporting project delivery and/or change management initiatives; formal certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus but not required
Experience supporting SOC 2 or ISO audits
Technical Background (Foundational)
Windows and macOS enterprise environments
Identity Management System (Microsoft Azure / Entra ID)
Networking concepts (DNS, VPNs, firewalls)
Endpoint Detection and Response Systems
OS and Software Patching and MDM systems
Cloud Ticketing Systems
