As a Performance Marketer, you will lead customer acquisition and revenue growth by managing paid digital campaigns across channels like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and programmatic networks. You will use data analytics to test creative assets, manage budgets efficiently, and optimize the overall marketing funnel for maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Build, execute, and scale high-impact paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn.
- Budget Optimization: Allocate and monitor daily and monthly advertising budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and a strong Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and build easy-to-understand visualization dashboards to share actionable insights with stakeholders.
- Creative Testing: Develop testing frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to evaluate ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Funnel Optimization: Analyze the end-to-end user journey, identifying drop-off points and implementing conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2–5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, digital media buying, or growth marketing.
- Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with ad platforms, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM systems.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret complex datasets and turn them into actionable marketing strategies.
- Communication: Ability to collaborate cross-functional with designers, copywriters, and sales teams to align campaigns with broader business goals
