- Vehicle Preparation: Oversee the vehicle's cleanup, ensure all purchased aftermarket options are installed, and verify all features are fully operational. [1, 2]
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all sales documentation, temporary or permanent registrations, Fastag, and insurance papers are properly completed and filed. [1, 2, 3]
- Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI): Perform a final PDI to confirm the vehicle is defect-free and delivery-ready. [1]
- Customer Handover: Schedule delivery appointments, tour the dealership facilities, and provide an in-depth, hands-on demonstration of the vehicle's technology and safety systems
