Job Summary
Peacock Realtors is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining project details, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and ongoing offers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Real Estate Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in real estate telesales will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
