We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Meenchanda, Kozhikode
KLM Assets Fin is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives for our branch at Meenchanda at Kozhikode district. Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in the NBFC or chit fund industry and possess strong skills in field marketing, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
The role involves driving business growth by promoting chit fund schemes, building customer networks, and supporting branch-level marketing initiatives within the assigned territory.
Preference:
Candidates from Meenchanda and nearby areas, especially those available for immediate joining, will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new subscribers through direct marketing and field visits
- Identify prospective customers through references, networking, and local outreach activities
- Promote chit fund schemes to individual and business clients with clear product explanations
- Support collection follow-ups and ensure timely installment payments
- Address customer concerns efficiently while maintaining positive client relationships
- Explore new business opportunities and contribute to branch expansion efforts
- Maintain accurate daily activity records and submit reports to the Branch Manager
- Coordinate with branch staff for smooth execution of business and collection operations
