About the Role
We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist who can improve our website visibility, optimize search engine rankings, manage website content strategy, and enhance overall digital presence. The candidate should have strong knowledge of SEO, website analytics, keyword strategy, content optimization, and digital marketing tools.
The role will involve working closely with management, content teams, developers, and marketing professionals to increase organic traffic, generate leads, and improve online branding.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Website Optimization
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website structure, meta titles, descriptions, URLs, and internal linking
- Improve website ranking on Google and other search engines
- Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues
- Manage backlinks and link-building strategies
- Improve website speed, indexing, and crawlability
Content & Digital Strategy
- Coordinate with content writers for SEO-friendly content
- Optimize blogs, articles, landing pages, and website pages
- Suggest content ideas based on search trends and keywords
- Ensure proper keyword placement and content structure
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website traffic and SEO performance using tools like:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush
- Ahrefs
- Screaming Frog
- Prepare monthly SEO and performance reports
- Track rankings, conversions, and user engagement metrics
Website & Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate with web developers for SEO implementation
- Assist in improving UI/UX from an SEO perspective
- Manage local SEO and Google Business Profile
- Support digital marketing campaigns and lead generation activities
Social Media & Branding (Preferred)
- Basic understanding of social media marketing
- Assist in improving online brand visibility
- Coordinate digital campaigns and promotions
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and Google algorithms
- Knowledge of technical SEO
- Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms
- Familiarity with HTML basics, website structure, and page optimization
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
