As an Marketing Intern, you'll be integral to our talent management process and contribute significantly to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various online and offline channels.
- Social Media Management: Create, manage, and improve social media posts to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Email Campaigns: Plan, create, and run email marketing campaigns, monitor their performance, and optimize them for better engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and new growth opportunities.
- Reporting & Analysis: Compile and analyse marketing data, track campaign performance, and prepare regular reports for management review with key insights and improvement suggestions.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
1) Exceptional proficiency in verbal and written English.
2) Advanced skills in MS Office.
3) Technological savvy, particularly with web-based software applications.
