Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and converting leads into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be capable of nurturing leads, and ensure seamless coordination between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads and convert them into potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and order details with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales-related documentation.
- Track customer requirements and provide regular updates on order status.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/ERP systems.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Generate reports on sales activities, lead status, and order progress.

Location: Borivali(E), Mumbai
Working Days : Mon-Sat (2nd & 4th Sat Off)
Job Time: 9.30 am - 6.30 pm
