We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager
Location: Girish Park, Kolkata
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: 4–10 Years
Industry: Medical Equipment / Medical Devices
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote medical equipment and healthcare solutions.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support business development activities and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Create and manage promotional materials, brochures, presentations, and product literature.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, CME programs, and industry events.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
- Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, and website promotions.
- Track marketing performance, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on ROI.
- Ensure all marketing communications align with company branding and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 4–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in Medical Equipment, Medical Devices, Healthcare, Diagnostics, or Pharma industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and healthcare market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation, brand promotion, and event management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of hospital procurement processes and healthcare industry trends.
- Experience handling dealer/distributor networks.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
