Akshar Yoga Kendraaa, is a 20+ year old organisation founded by Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar. We are an internationally recognized institution that is officially accredited by the Yoga Certification Board (YCB) under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.
Rooted in the ancient wisdom of the Himalayas and guided by Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar, we've spent over a decade building a home for authentic yogic education — through teacher trainings, retreats, wellness programs, and a community that now spans the globe.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who can hold both structure and spirit — someone who finds quiet satisfaction in building systems that let good work travel further.

The Opportunity
We're looking for someone who understands the grace in telling real stories, building a genuine community, and helping more people discover what yoga can do for them.
As our Social Media & Growth Manager, you'll lead how Akshar Yoga Kendraa shows up online — across every campaign, every piece of content, every platform. You'll work closely with our creative team, leadership, and yoga trainers to share stories that educate, inspire, and genuinely connect with people.

What You'll Do
- Own the overall social media and digital growth strategy for Akshar Yoga Kendraa
- Plan content that builds awareness, grows our community, and brings people into our programs
- Plan campaigns around our offerings — workshops, retreats, teacher trainings, events, and seasonal initiatives
- Work closely with our Graphic Designer and Video Editor to bring ideas to life across platforms
- Stay on top of platform trends and audience behaviour to keep our presence fresh and relevant
- Build relationships with creators, influencers, and wellness communities who share our values
- Proficient knowledge in web analytics, AI tools and new technologies that make our work more efficient and creative
- Bring new ideas and campaigns that help our story reach further
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Has 3–6 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or growth
- Thinks before creating — strategy first, content next
- Understands how storytelling, branding, and marketing come together
- Has experience running content strategies across multiple platforms
- Can read analytics and turn them into real improvements
- Is naturally curious and enjoys exploring new ideas and trends
Bonus Points
- Experience with wellness, education, fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Has built or grown a brand through digital marketing before
- Experience with influencer collaborations and online communities
- Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, paid ads, or marketing automation
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and content tools
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
