Gender : F/MSalary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience and performance).

The Sales Manager – Luxury Furniture Studio will be responsible for handling customer relationships, driving sales, managing studio operations, and achieving business targets. The candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in premium furniture sales, and the ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable luxury furniture solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients visiting the furniture studio
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget
- Recommend suitable luxury furniture and customization options
- Handle end-to-end sales process from inquiry to order closure
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with production and delivery teams
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain product knowledge including materials, finishes, and pricing
- Prepare quotations and assist customers with order updates
- Ensure smooth studio operations and customer experience
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer handling ability
- Knowledge of luxury furniture
- Sales and target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, quotations, etc.)
- Team coordination and leadership skills
Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred
- Experience in furniture, or luxury retail sales preferred
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in furniture sales
- Prior experience in luxury furniture sales will be an added advantage
