The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, drive requirement discovery, define product capabilities, and support the delivery of payment solutions across merchant acquiring, digital payments, real-time payments, and cross-border transactions. Key Responsibilities • Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders, SMEs, and product teams. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Create business process flows, wireframes, journey maps, and visual requirement artifacts. • Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs, prioritize features, and support sprint planning. • Define and refine product roadmaps aligned with business goals. • Analyze payment processing workflows and identify opportunities for optimization. • Collaborate with technology teams to design, test, and implement payment solutions. • Support API-based payment integration initiatives. • Monitor payment transaction flows, settlement processes, and operational impacts. • Ensure compliance with payment industry regulations and standards. • Generate reports, dashboards, and insights related to payment operations and business metrics. • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
