Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage inward, dispatch, inventory control, and overall warehouse operations while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound & outbound operations with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure proper documentation (GRN, invoices, dispatch records)
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure FIFO implementation
- Plan and execute stock audits (monthly & yearly)
- Monitor KPIs (Inventory, Safety, OTD, Labor Cost)
- Handle manpower planning and control overtime
- Implement 5S, safety, and compliance standards
- Lead and manage warehouse team performance
- Drive process improvements and support VMI projects
- Ensure timely dispatch as per customer requirements
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / Diploma (Logistics preferred)
- Certified Logistics Practitioner (CLP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) can be added advantage
- 5–6 years of warehouse experience (fasteners/engineering preferred)
Skills Required:
- Warehouse operations & inventory management
- WMS / ERP knowledge
- Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
- Good communication & coordination
- MS Office proficiency

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
