Role Purpose
Seeking a highly analytical and execution-driven professional to support the MD Office in strategic initiatives, process improvement, business analytics, and digital transformation across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic and operational projects across plants and functions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, productivity enhancement, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
- Develop and automate MIS, dashboards, and management reports for leadership review.
- Analyze production, inventory, sales, dispatch, and cost data to generate actionable insights.
- Work with SAP data and reporting systems for performance tracking and decision-making.
- Leverage AI tools and automation technologies (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, automation tools) to improve reporting, analytics, and business productivity.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with plant, operations, finance, supply chain, and support teams.
Desired Skills
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / automotive / strategy / operations / business excellence roles.
- Exposure to SAP and manufacturing/business reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; dashboarding exposure preferred.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, automation tools) for business applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
