Job Summary
OJD Education is seeking a highly organized and responsible Office Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The candidate will coordinate between departments, support student and visitor management, maintain records, and assist management in administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with management, faculty members, counselors, and support staff.
- Handle student inquiries and assist visitors professionally.
- Maintain office records, files, documents, and databases.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, letters, and official documents as required.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement activities.
- Maintain attendance records of staff and students.
- Support admission and student documentation processes.
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper functioning of the office environment.
- Assist management in organizing seminars, workshops, and events.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- experienced candidates can apply. Experience - 1 to 2 yrs .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
