Sourcing & Outreach: Build candidate pipelines utilizing professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), job boards, employee referrals, and social media to attract both active and passive candidates.Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and assess candidates for technical skills and cultural fit.Hiring Coordination: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and update candidate records.Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate salary packages and benefits, and handle onboarding formalities.
