Shift Risk Insurance Brokers are focused on delivering seamless digital experiences through our customer self-service web portal. We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Quality Analyst Intern to support the testing and quality assurance of our web-based insurance platform.
This is a Very Urgent & critical Role and hence no Prior Scheduling is required. Candidates can walk in from 1st to 3rd June 2026 at below Address between 11 AM to 4 PM. ( No Of Interns required- 3 ASAP)

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Quality Analyst Intern to support the testing and validation of features available on our customer self-service web portal. This is a non-technical testing role focused on verifying business functionality, user journeys, and customer experience rather than coding or automation testing.
The ideal candidate should be able to think from a customer's perspective, identify gaps in workflows, and ensure that portal features function as expected across various insurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Test newly developed and existing features on the customer web portal.
- Verify end-to-end business workflows and user journeys.
- Validate customer-facing forms, data fields, calculations, and process flows.
- Ensure portal content, labels, messages, and navigation are accurate and user-friendly.
- Identify issues, inconsistencies, and deviations from business requirements.
- Log defects and observations with clear descriptions and supporting screenshots.
- Re-test fixes and confirm successful resolution of reported issues.
- Assist in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and test execution reports.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and product teams to understand expected functionality.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities before feature releases.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and customer workflows.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using web applications and online platforms.
- Ability to document findings in a structured and clear manner.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, or Product Testing.
- Familiarity with insurance, financial services, or customer service processes is an advantage.
- Experience using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for reporting and tracking observations.
