ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven HR Executive to support our high-volume, bulk hiring requirements across multiple roles and client mandates. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing large candidate pipelines, running daily interview drives, and closing positions at pace, while maintaining quality and process discipline. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment with aggressive hiring targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end bulk/volume recruitment for multiple concurrent roles across departments and client accounts.
- Source candidates at scale through job portals (Indeed, Naukri, iimjobs, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and walk-ins.
- Screen high volumes of applications and resumes efficiently to shortlist candidates against role requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct daily/weekly walk-in interview drives and on-floor interview rounds.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring minimal turnaround time.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards to monitor pipeline health, funnel conversion, and closure timelines.
- Drive offer rollouts, negotiate compensation within approved bands, and ensure timely offer acceptance and joining.
- Coordinate with candidates on documentation, background verification, and pre-onboarding formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-screened candidates for recurring/high-attrition roles.
- Track and report daily/weekly recruitment metrics — applications received, interviews conducted, offers made, and joinings — to the Recruitment Manager.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and adjust sourcing strategy accordingly.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, despite high volumes.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, with proven exposure to bulk or high-volume hiring (e.g., BPO, customer support, sales, or similar high-attrition functions).
- Experience running walk-in drives and managing large applicant pipelines is highly preferred.
- Freshers with strong internship exposure to recruitment may also be considered.

- Strong sourcing skills across job portals and social platforms.
- Ability to manage high volumes of candidates without compromising on screening quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under tight timelines and closure pressure.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple roles, trackers, and interview schedules simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and applicant tracking/recruitment tracking tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure recruitment environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
