Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs in daily food preparation and cooking activities.
- Prepare ingredients such as cutting vegetables, cleaning meat, and measuring items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas.
- Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Store food properly and check freshness of ingredients.
- Help in buffet setup, plating, and food presentation.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hotel standards.
- Support kitchen staff during busy service hours.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain stock properly.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques.
- Understanding of food hygiene and sanitation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management / Catering Technology preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of kitchen experience can apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
