At Instafoodz, we are looking for Attendant to join our team. This is a dynamic startup with a vision to launch multiple outlets.
Designation: Attendant-Food and Beverage
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹9,000 - ₹12,000 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Shift Timing - 9 am to 8 pm
Experience: 1-2 years (Preferred) ( Fresher also can apply )
Ability to Commute: Salt Lake Sector V (Required)
Work Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata
Duties include:
- Greet customers, arrange space for them
- Hand out menus and explain menu items and specials
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Take customer orders and deliver to food servers
- Deliver prepared food to patrons and clean tables
- Handle customer complaints
- Verify customer satisfaction with service and selected food items
- Process customer payments
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience of working in a similar role and/or environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and outgoing personality and an ability to interact with people at all levels
- Ability to take initiative and resolve queries in a practical and positive manner
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
- Courteous and pleasant attitude towards guests and colleagues
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and juggle competing priorities in a busy, fast-paced and challenging environment with minimum supervision
- Positive and flexible approach to work (weekend and evening work will be required)
- Good level of local languages including Bengali and Hindi.
