Job Description: CDP (Chef de Partie)
Location: Vattavada, Munnar
Position: Full-Time
Experience: 8+ years in a similar role, preferably in a four-star resort/hotel
Role Overview: The CDP Chef is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in a specific section of the kitchen. This role involves ensuring food quality, hygiene standards, and efficient kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and resort standards. - Quality Control: Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portioning of dishes. - Team Support: Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff. - Stock Management: Monitor and maintain inventory for your section. - Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen.
Requirements: -
Experience: 8+ years as a CDP or similar role in a resort/hotel kitchen.
Skills: Strong cooking skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of kitchen safety.
Other: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
