Eligibility
- M.A. in English (Mandatory)
- B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience teaching English for Grades XI & XII (CBSE).
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Experience in preparing students for CBSE Board Examinations.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into classroom teaching is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to students of Grades XI & XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare annual academic plans, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Develop students' language proficiency, critical thinking, literary appreciation, and communication skills.
- Conduct regular assessments, evaluate answer scripts, and provide timely feedback.
- Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations through revision plans, model tests, and remedial coaching.
- Maintain student academic records and monitor individual progress.
- Collaborate with the Academic Coordinator and school leadership to achieve academic targets.
- Participate actively in school events, examinations, parent-teacher meetings, training programmes, and professional development initiatives.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Sound knowledge of CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns.
- Ability to mentor and motivate senior secondary students.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital teaching platforms.
Salary
₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on qualification, experience, and interview performance.)
