Job Summary
George Maijo Automobiles is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to manage core HR operations and support the organization’s workforce management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction activities
- Manage attendance and leave records efficiently
- Support payroll coordination and employee documentation
- Monitor employee performance and maintain appraisal records
- Organize employee engagement and welfare activities
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and documentation
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in resolving employee queries and HR-related concerns
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee data
Requirements
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
- Familiarity with MS Office and HR software/tools preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
- Candidates with automobile industry experience are an added advantage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
