Job Summary
- Counselling the prospective students about international colleges / Universities and the courses offered.
- Should have minimum 1 years of experience in Study Visa.
- Guiding the students in regards to the documents required to obtain offer letter & the set of documents required for applying for the visa.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Visa counselor will be Working closely with admission and training/Counselling teams to educate them about Visa Rules.
- Calling on the fresh leads assigned as per counsellor, taking proper feedback
- Will be responsible for the process for assigned clients/students and ensuring that they are serviced and guided well from start to finish of the Visa application process.
- Ensuring complete visa application & documentation including all the financial & background related papers.
- Helping team to manage and provide advice in preparing the visa files.
- Liaising with different embassies and clients when required.
- Visa counselor will be Taking appropriate action/ decisions depending on the situation in order to get more visa approvals.
- Undertaking the duties as per the requirement of the business.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in any field·
- Should have minimum 1 year of experience in Visa counselor
- Candidate must have a strong knowledge about Student visa process for USA, CANADA, UK, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, EUROPE along with Visa Rules & Regulations.
- Good understanding of Visa application process, documentation requirements etc.
- Excellent Communication Skills (oral & written both), Pleasing personality & confident.
- An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
- Good knowledge of computers
- Has basic knowledge of exams like IELTS, PTE etc.
