The Receptionist is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for guests. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist will manage guest arrivals, reservations, seating arrangements, and customer inquiries while ensuring exceptional hospitality and smooth front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Manage guest reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations efficiently.
- Maintain waiting lists and provide accurate wait-time estimates during peak hours.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding reservations, events, menus, and operating hours.
- Coordinate with service and floor teams to ensure seamless guest seating and service flow.
- Handle guest feedback, concerns, and special requests professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain reservation records and update guest databases as required.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Assist in promoting ongoing offers, events, and loyalty programs to guests.
- Support outlet operations during busy periods as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or Diploma holder in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or any relevant field.
- 0–2 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, hotels, or customer service roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
