Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (Based on knowledge, skills, and experience)

Job Summary:
Stichwell Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and technically sound IT Executive to support day-to-day IT operations, hardware and software troubleshooting, network support, user assistance, and system maintenance across office and factory locations.
The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in IT support, hardware and networking, system maintenance, and user troubleshooting, and be capable of independently handling routine IT issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Provide hardware, software, network, internet, and email support to users.
- Troubleshoot computer systems, printers, Wi-Fi, LAN, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory records, and system documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC, and technical support services.
- Support ERP systems, biometric devices, attendance systems, and office applications.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Ensure regular data backup and basic IT security compliance.
- Monitor system performance and ensure uninterrupted IT operations.
- Provide prompt technical support to office and factory users.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Hardware & Networking, BCA, B.Sc. (IT), or related field.
- Relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in:
- IT Support
- Desktop Support
- Hardware & Networking
- System Administration
- Experience in Manufacturing Companies, Factories, Export Houses, or Corporate Offices will be preferred.
