- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software configurations with business requirements.
- Document configuration changes and maintain accurate records to support traceability and compliance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing execution systems and their integration within production environments.
- Experience with software configuration management and customization techniques.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical software solutions.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving software configuration issues.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
