Job Summary
We are looking for ITI Fitter and ITI Electrical candidates to join our UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) manufacturing and assembly team in Hyderabad – Madhapur.
The selected candidates will be involved in UAV mechanical and electrical assembly, carbon-fibre composite manufacturing, fabrication, wiring, soldering, testing, and other manufacturing activities.
We are open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in hands-on technical work and want to build their careers in the UAV/drone and advanced manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of UAVs and related sub-assemblies.
- Perform carbon-fibre composite manufacturing and fabrication for UAV structures and components.
- Assist in carbon-fibre layup, mould preparation, trimming, cutting, drilling, bonding, finishing, and other composite manufacturing processes.
- Handle composite materials, resins, adhesives, and related tools as per defined processes and safety guidelines.
- Assemble and fit mechanical components according to drawings and specifications.
- Perform basic electrical wiring, connections, crimping, soldering, and component assembly.
- Assist with testing and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic components.
- Perform cutting, drilling, fitting, fastening, trimming, and other fabrication activities.
- Read and understand basic mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and workshop equipment safely.
- Assist engineers in UAV fabrication, assembly, integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and identification of raw materials and components.
- Maintain quality standards and follow manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow all workplace safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
- Perform other technical and manufacturing activities assigned by engineers.
Qualifications
- ITI – Fitter / Electrical or equivalent technical qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Basic understanding of mechanical assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and electrical/electronic components.
- Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Willingness to learn and work in carbon-fibre composite manufacturing.
- Knowledge of soldering, crimping, wiring, and testing will be an added advantage.
- Ability to follow work instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Good hands-on skills and attention to detail.
- Safety-conscious and willing to follow workplace procedures.
