LPL Financial is seeking a Data Product Analyst to support the Transactions & Positions Books and Records (TBAR) Data Domain. This role serves as a key partner to Product Owners, Operations, Engineering, and Data Governance teams, helping ensure transaction, position, balance, and tax lot data products are accurate, trusted, governed, and fit for enterprise consumption.
The Data Product Analyst will perform data analysis, reconciliation, impact assessment, data quality investigations, and requirements definition activities that support TBAR's role as the enterprise source for transactions and positions books and records data. The role requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of financial data, and the ability to bridge business needs with technology delivery. .
Data Analysis & Domain Support
Analyze transaction, position, balance, and tax lot data across TBAR, BETA, and downstream consumer platforms.

Product Delivery & Requirements Support
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with Operations, Finance, Trading, Compliance, Architecture, and Technology teams.

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Product Management, Data Governance, or related roles.
Experience working with transaction, position, holdings, balance, or operational financial data.
Preferences:
Experience with financial operations, reconciliation, supervision, performance reporting, or regulatory reporting data.
APIs, data feeds, and enterprise data platforms
Wealth Management, Brokerage Operations, or Financial Services data environments .
