We are looking for a friendly, responsible and proactive Dental Assistant to support our dentists in providing efficient, high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced dental clinic and have excellent attention to detail, patient-handling skills and a strong sense of hygiene and sterilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during all dental procedures and treatments.
- Prepare dental chairs, instruments and materials before procedures.
- Maintain strict sterilization, infection-control and clinic hygiene protocols.
- Assist with patient preparation and provide basic chairside support.
- Handle and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Ensure treatment rooms are cleaned and properly stocked.
- Help with patient coordination and movement between consultation and treatment areas.
- Maintain sterilization records, inventory and consumable requirements.
- Assist in maintaining a smooth workflow between the dentist, reception and other team members.
- Provide a warm and professional experience to every patient.
- Follow clinic SOPs and safety protocols.
Candidate Profile
- Dental Assistant / Dental Hygienist / Dental Technician preferred.
- Prior experience in a dental clinic is an advantage.
- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, punctual and organised.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to hygiene, patient safety and quality care.
