About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, coordination, and successful delivery of MEP projects. The candidate must have 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, managing MEP projects for Data Centers, Commercial Buildings, Industrial Facilities, or High-Rise Projects, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with applicable standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of MEP projects from project initiation through testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall project performance.
- Manage multidisciplinary MEP teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate Mechanical, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, ELV and Fuel works across all project phases.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, technical submittals, and method statements.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and applicable codes including NBC, NFPA, and relevant IS Standards.
- Monitor construction progress, identify project risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
- Lead client meetings, progress reviews, technical discussions, and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement planning, material approvals, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance.
- Ensure successful testing, commissioning, documentation, snag closure, and project handover.
- Prepare and present project progress reports, cost updates, risk assessments, and management reports.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across project teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 10–20 years of relevant experience in managing MEP projects
- Sound knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, resource management, quality assurance, and contract administration.
- Strong understanding of NBC, NFPA, IS Codes, and other applicable industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel across India based on project requirements.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
